Honda in Japan ordered 2 lifesize replicas of the Honda Jazz, a small hatchback, to be used in crash radar sensor testing at the Honda Institute in Slough and also at its counterpart in Germany, The Honda Akademie. The car has radar pockets on all sides which can be filled with a reflective material such as foil, which the radar sensor should pick up. It also has separate front and rear bumpers to protect the main chamber in an impact scenario.
